Riverside House Decarbonisation & BEMS Surveys

Rotherham MBC is commissioning a detailed technical review of the HVAC systems, controls, and Building Energy Management System (BEMS) at Riverside House. The aim is to understand the current performance and condition of all plant and control infrastructure, and to identify practical opportunities for decarbonisation, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced system resilience. The review will inform future investment decisions as part of the Council's commitment to achieve Net Zero and improve operational reliability across the corporate estate.
