Access Control (Gov Pass)

Call off from RM6257, Lot 3. The requirement covers the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a new modern, secure Access Control System (ACS) at Concept House, Newport. The ACS must integrate with GovPass. Deliverables include hardware (readers, controllers, locks), software for access management and pass production, and ongoing maintenance (PPM and reactive). Improvements over the current system include enhanced audit capability, modular design for future upgrades (biometrics, mobile credentials), and cloud-based management for scalability.
