Provision of Goods through York Financial Assistance Scheme

City of York Council (CYC) wish to award a contract for the provision of goods through York Financial Assistance Scheme (YFAS). YFAS supports people who require urgent assistance, as well as vulnerable adults moving into or remaining in the community.
