1 The Council are looking to appoint a Contractor who can provide an holistic approach to the delivery of the stakeholder requirements and introduce innovative methods of process and equipment to reduce the whole life cost and overall burden to the Council resources 2 This Contract is for the daily inspection (raising & lowering), maintenance, repair and modification of Department for Transport TR 2510 A PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION FOR RISING BOLLARDS CONTROL SYSTEMS 3 The period of the contract engagement will be for 36 months (3 years) 4 Each Tender will be assessed on a 70/30 (Price/Quality) split and details are included within this Invitation to Tender ITT
