Description
The FCA require a Supplier to run a 360 process for 578 FCA line managers. We would like all individuals to be able to complete the 360 process within a two year period The 360 system must allowed the required individuals to complete the report at a time of their choosing within the 24 month period. In order to manage this we would require a light touch system (from the FCA administration perspective) with reasonable automaticity and an on demand dashboard or at least 6 monthly aggregate data of status of 360s- in progress or complete and the aggregate data from completed 360s The supplier should be able to provide 2-3 portals as we are keen to pilot a version of the 360 that does not allow for anonymity at the peer level for one of them The Supplier will also need to support the FCA in developing questions set and coaching notes with a possible requirement for post report training The FCA have awarded a contract for the delivery of 360 Feedback for their line managers.
