Truro & Camborne Adult Dare Care Construction Contract

The Council seeks to appoint a suitably accredited and demonstrably experienced Principal Contractor to undertake the alterations and refurbishment works associated with the relocation of Adult Day Care services into the former Camborne and Truro Young Person’s Centre, including minor external works. The appointed contractor will also carry out the detailed design of the mechanical and electrical works, which at this stage are performance specified. The works contract will be an NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Contract (as amended April 2013) – Main Option A.
