The Estates department at Solihull College & University Centre uses CAD records to drive the Estates database which is used to plan and fulfil contractor requests. Our drawings typically show walls, partitions, stairs, lifts, door and window openings. They also contain space information including area numbers and names. However, these drawings are significantly out of date due to changes within the estate layout and use.
