Health Screen Services

The GMC has a Health Screen Scheme ("Scheme") to support its approach to staff wellbeing. The aim of the Scheme is to enable staff to gain advice on healthy lifestyles and to help identify possible risks. Staff are eligible to use the Scheme from their first day of employment with the GMC. The Scheme is completely confidential for staff and no information of any sort on health screens carried out is provided to the GMC by the provider. The only information we receive is management information on the uptake of the scheme. The GMC will provide initial staffing information, including confidential information, and will provide monthly updates on new joiners to and leavers from the organisation.
