Northumberland County Council (NCC) have made a commitment to significantly invest in a new replacement Leisure Centre on the site of the existing Swan Centre Leisure facility, located on Northumberland Road, Tweedmouth, Berwick upon Tweed. The proposed facilities will include wet, dry and outdoor sport provision seamlessly integrated with health, social care and educational offer.
