SPaTS Framework Lot 1: National Support to Structures Policy HS2

Specialist support is required to work closely with HS2 and Highways England operational colleagues to ensure that HS2's proposals: • meet our technical and safety requirements • minimise disruption to our customers • understand structural behaviour, structural risk and potential collapse mechanisms • understand Highways England's long term strategic view on policy for the development and management of highway structures and communicate this to the HS2 organisation • safeguard for the long-term operation of our roads
