Description

1.1 Following the response to Covid-19 and with the aim of improving agent and caller user experience, Broadacres are looking to replace the current on-premises Contact Centre solution taking into consideration the benefits and functionality of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) solutions aligned to Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. 1.2 Broadacres are looking to develop a robust and scalable cloud solution that could be used to dynamically scale to support increased call volumes and deliver new customer engagement channels and capabilities. 1.3 Broadacres are also looking to replace current SIP based PSTN telephony delivered through MS Teams for the wider organisation.
