Leadership Collaborative Services

The Essex Partnership is a group of public, private and voluntary sector partners that work together to deliver better outcomes and improved public services in Essex. The Essex Partnership comprises local authorities (including Essex County Council, Essex district councils and the unitary authorities of Southend and Thurrock), NHS clinical commissioning groups, the Police and Fire Service, universities, the voluntary and community sector and the business community. The work of the Essex Partnership is led through the Essex Partnership Board (EPB). Essex partners meeting in the EPB have agreed that we need to move towards a whole-system, whole-placed based way of working, building on our recent experience with the Community Budgets programme and supporting key strategic agendas around devolution, health and social care integration, economic growth and public service reform. Senior leaders in Essex are looking to run a Leadership Collaborative programme to support this transition.
