Claxton Play Area

Claxton Parish Council is seeking suitably experienced Contractors to provide the design, supply and installation of play area equipment on the site: • The grass at The Warren Location shown in Appendix 1. We invite vendors to advise us as to potential play equipment and general grounds improvements that will better our play areas. In particular in respect of certain types of play equipment. Bids should include: o Costs o Evidence of previous work or outline details of existing contracts o Details of references which Claxton Parish Council can approach Fully costed bids should reach the Parish Clerk by POST only by 12th March 2024, to the address below: Claxton Parish Council Play Area Tender C/O 21 Clearview Drive Poringland Norwich NR14 7JH All tenders received will remain unopened until the tender deadline. All tenders received will be opened at the same time on a prescribed date (Thursday 14th March) by the Parish Clerk and in the presence of at least one member of the council, in line with the Parish Council's Standing Orders and Financial Regulations policies. The Clerk will acknowledge receipt of all bids after this date. The Parish Council would expect to decide on the successful bidder at its meeting on 19th March 2024, with all bidders being notified soon thereafter.
