Description
his specification defines the requirements for carrying out five‑yearly Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across all commissioner owned or operated properties, including but not limited to offices, operational sites, outbuildings, garages, and shared‑use facilities. The inspection shall ensure compliance with: BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), current edition, Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Any applicable local authority or statutory requirements
