National Health Needs Assessment Enhanced RECONNECT

The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of a Health Needs Assessment for the Enhanced RECONNECT service, which is NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE/I) response to the shift in the terrorist threat to the UK, with the aim to reduce health related barriers that directly impact on the individual's engagement prior to, and upon leaving prison; to reduce health inequalities and address health-related drivers of serious and high-risk offending behaviours.
