Sheffield City Region: Strategy & Corporate Affairs Skills & Employment Communications Support 2017/18

Sheffield city region is looking to procure specialist support to: • Develop a clear and coherent set of messages to employers, individuals and stakeholders that result in them taking the action needed to deliver SCR Skills and Employment Priorities. • Messages will be supported with evidence gathered as the programme develops and a set of resources and content for use across various channels • Design and manage delivery of a campaign utilising a range of channels to deliver the call(s) to action It is envisaged that there will be two phases for the Skills and Employment communications activity: Phase 1: Development, Phase 2: Implementation.
