Provision of specialist Fire Risk Appraisals of External Walls (FRAEW) and fire stopping surveys to provide assurance of fire safety compliance. Please note that the Authority is not undertaking a voluntary standstill period. A standstill date has been entered solely to enable validation and publication of this notice, due to unresolved errors within the Find a Tender service at the time of submission. As a result, the system requires the contract signature date and commencement date to be populated as post‑standstill dates. The actual contract signature date is 08/06/2026, which is also the contract commencement date.
