Safety Surfacing at Abbey Leisure Centre and Hudspeth Crescent Play Space

This was carried out as a single supplier negotiation. Awarded to DCM Surfaces. A procurement exercise had been undertaken twice through the Nepo portal. The first further competition no submissions were received . A second Tender exercise was undertaken off the framework where the one submission received was over budget and could not be awarded. therefore we went direct to the surfacing company.
