Support for the undertaking of a Strategic Leisure Review for North Yorkshire

Consultancy support is sought from an experienced leisure and well-being specialist with a track record in understanding the complexity of delivering Local Authority services to achieve transformational change. Experience in understanding rural and coastal challenges in delivering services to diverse communities would be beneficial. The consultancy support is to act as a 'critical friend' to support the Council's approach rather than to lead it.
