TPPH4120 Alliance Agreement for Support Services for Drug & Alcohol Treatment, Domestic Abuse and the Homeless Hostel

Over the last two years Torbay Council commissioners have been working with stakeholders, providers and those with lived experience to develop proposals to commission a range of services using an alliance commissioning approach, as part of a wider programme of projects aimed at improving outcomes for people with multiple and/or complex needs. The Torbay Council commissioned services that are included in the Alliance Agreement are: • Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services • Homeless Hostel • Services for those who are or have been subject to domestic violence or abuse.
