Parking Services - ANPR Car Park Vehicle Counting system and associated data analysis/reporting

The Council is seeking to procure an integrated ANPR car park vehicle counting system which uses cameras mounted on poles & buildings to feed data back to a cloud based hosted software platform which provides template reports showing length of stay and occupancy data. In addition, the data is to be provided via an API link to the councils parking page on its website showing approximate real time occupancy data to the general public. The camera hardware and software is to be supported by a comprehensive maintenance agreement for three years.
