Description

The Contract is for the Distribution of the Durham County News (DCN) Magazine and other Council Publications. The Council was seeking to appoint a single Contractor to distribute the Council's Magazine four times a year (Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). There may also be a requirement to Distribute a Guide to Services and an Essential Guide to Summer Fun (together "the Publications), Both Guides could potentially be subject to Council review in the future in terms of how they are delivered
