The Holy Trinity Secondary School (Crawley)- FM Services

The Holy Trinity CofE Secondary School (Crawley) is seeking to procure the outsourcing of its Facilities Management (FM) services. The School is undergoing significant changes over the next three years and has areas of non-compliance and lack of investment in its buildings in recent years. The proposed FM services contract will be for the outsourced provision of FM services to the School. It is the School's expectation that the successful bidder shall be responsible for the operation of the FM function including management of staff and equipment.
