The appointed Contractor will write all the copy for the new site; work with staff to help them develop the required skills, processes and standards needed to adopt and apply the model of content design. We expect that the detail of this project will entail: • Alignment with digital strategy. • Culture and process of content creation • Create key examples of user-centred content. • Templates, content formats and guidelines
