The purpose of this project is to prepare a RIBA Stage 1 concept design for public realm enhancements to the Fisherman's Wharf area of Bideford Quay. That initial design needs to form the basis of a conversation with the local community about the future of the quay, its role within the local economy and society, and how it is used to shape the future of Bideford.
