Better Neighbourhoods

This project aims to enhance operational effectiveness and foster a more joined-up, place-based approach within four starter neighbourhoods. It involves a structured process of initial data gathering and baseline establishment, collaborative design workshops, and a three-month support phase. The goal is to test and embed good practice, measure impact, and improve the resident experience by providing consistent performance, clarifying roles, and facilitating effective leadership engagement, with a view to informing future wider rollout.
