Description
The agency is seeking to appoint a firm from the Multi-Disciplinary Panel to assist Homes England to achieve an exit from the Queens Meadow Business Park by carrying out an update of the land due diligence and producing the necessary supporting information/surveys that will be required by an appointed property agent to assist with the marketing of the site. Whilst the agency currently holds numerous reports and surveys pertaining to the existing ground conditions and ecology it is anticipated that these will be outdated and are in need of refreshing. The services of an appropriate member of the existing Multi-Disciplinary panel will be required to carry out this work and also bring forward suggestions of any further reports/work that will be beneficial to the marketing of the site. This will also form part of the initial market advice so that a decision can be made as to which reports/surveys are required as apart of the commission. The appointment of a sub consultant from the property panel will be expected to provide initial marketing advice which will outline the approach to securing a suitable exit that both maximises receipt and brings forward appropriate development activity on the estate. It is expected that the sub consultant will report to and report through the appointed Multi - Disciplinary panel member.
