Sutton Town Centre Community-informed Placemaking Masterplan

The London Borough of Sutton is seeking a professional team to develop a community-informed Placemaking Masterplan for Sutton Town Centre. The appointed team will not start from scratch but will review, assess, and consolidate a wide range of existing proposals, some dated and others not formally adopted, including previous masterplans and studies. This process must be underpinned by meaningful community engagement, ensuring the final Masterplan aligns with local aspirations.
