To ensure it remains a world leader in public health, PHE is the process of consolidating three of their existing locations to a new dynamic health science campus located in Harlow, Essex. The PHE transformation programme called the 'Science Hub Programme' consists of both digital transformation and business change elements. The Science Hub Programme was initiated in 2010 and has progressed through several RIBA stages to date. Most of the construction projects are currently at RIBA Stage 4, with early enabling works commenced.
