CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE for the following works: North Region - Northern England - Weeton Ext Refurbs 16 SFA Brief Scope of Works • Replace all D&W • Replace rear door/side window where there are plastic panels • Remove plastic panels and replace with insulated panels • Remove all extractors • Replace all store doors • Itemised lintel replacement. • Make good and decorate the store fascia's • Replace MAINS ELECTRIC doorbells (will need electrician, plasterer/decorator to make good walls) • Shared role On Site Liaison Officer
