NHS Newham CCG is seeking to commission a Cleaning Services contract for their office accommodation at Unex Tower, Stratford, Newham. The office accommodation is a mix of open plan, dedicated offices, meeting rooms and a reception area. The CCG occupies the fourth, part second floor and has further occupancy arrangements on the third floor. Total floor space is 24059 sq ft broken up over three floors.
