Description

Adoption England have identified the need to commission training for Agency Decision Makers (ADM's). ADM's make significant and life changing decisions for children. The role can be isolating and historically there has been no training or support available to these individuals. The commissioned training aims to support ADM's (who undertake the ADM function as part of a much wider role) to understand the legal responsibilities of the ADM functions and the principles surrounding it. The training covers legislation and legal case work to embed knowledge and provides an opportunity for networking amongst ADM's with the trainers able to answer questions and unpick challenges presented by attendees
