The Programme is the provision of gas & electric quality assurance audits for Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council, where two separate Lots have been made under two separate framework call-off agreements for each council. The activities included within its scope include but are not limited to: - On-site technical quality audits. - Desktop certificate and documentation audits. - Investigatory reports. - Management Policies, Management Plans, and Procedure reviews. - Data management. - Operational and strategic review. - Technical advice. - Training.
