PAN3284 - School Refurbishment and Alteration Works (Various)

Leicester City Council (LCC) invites tenders for works comprising of toilet refurbishment/alternation works at various sites and the refurbishment of a main entrance and reception area. The sites will be split into the following four Lots: • Lot 1 - Evington Valley Primary School Reception & Toilets Alteration Works • Lot 2 - King Richard III Infant & Nursery School - Toilet Refurbishments • Lot 3 - Stokes Wood Primary School - Toilet Refurbishments • Lot 4 - Hazel Primary School - Toilet Refurbishments Contractors may bid on any number of Lots. This will be conduct as a mini competition under Lot 1 - Project value £0-£500k of the LCC PAN2916 Construction Framework. Please note, the Authority are no longer seeking tenders for this contract.
