Habitats Regulation Assessment for the Swindon Borough Council New Local Plan (Regulation 18)\r \r Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of a Habitats Regulation Assessment for the Swindon Borough Council New Local Plan. This is a single-lot commission and consists of a Scoping Report and an Appropriate Assessment to support the Regulation 18 version of the Plan. \r \r The initial contract term will be for 10 months. \r \r Full details relating to the works are provided in the RFQ documents.\r \r To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. \r \r In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com.\r \r RFQ/Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 27th September 2023 at 0900hrs UK Local time.
