Thirteen Group In-House team is responsible for all responsive repairs and maintenance work to approx. 29500 properties in it's core area within Tees Valley. Thirteen Group seeks to appoint up to Eleven Contractors (one per lot) to support and supplement the Thirteen Group in-house team from time to time as required for Responsive Repairs and maintenance and Out of Hours Emergency Work.
