The Contract is for the renewal of the existing main roof coverings, re-pointing the brickwork, replacement of all rainwater goods and external building plastics, replacement of timber entrance doors with composite, renewal of extractor fans, security lights and smoke alarms, repair and renewal of store doors and gates and replacement of existing timber cladding, together with environmental works to renew footpaths and improve drainage across all bungalows and associated communal areas.
