Channeling Positivity Free School - Construction Works

A principle main contractor is sort for works consisting of the conversion of a factory unit to a school for Channeling Positivity on behalf of the Education Funding Agency (EFA). The works include removal of existing internal walls, creation of new rooms by construction of new partition walls and construction of a mezzanine floor. The installation of a staircase and lift system and new kitchen and servery. Proposed procurement - Single stage selective tender with specification, drawing and a performance specification for the mechanical and electrical design. Proposed form of contract JCT 2011 Intermediate form of contract with contractors design and EFA schedule of amendments. Appointment of the principle contractor will be on the basis of the criteria to be published in the tender documents.
