Provision of 'Care and Support in your Home' across 5 Extra Care Housing (ECH) Schemes (Under the Light Touch Regime)

South Gloucestershire Council is inviting tenders from potential Providers of care and support to people living within five of our ECH schemes. Under the Light Touch Regime To be considered for these opportunities all Providers (including those submitting a joint application) will need to have been successful in joining our Care and Support in Your Home Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) on Lot 2 (Community) - DN744342. Non-regulated providers cannot bid as lead Provider for these contracts but may work with a regulated Provider that is already accredited to Lots 1&2 to develop a partnership bid. This tender opportunity is for 5 individual ECH Schemes and will be for an initial contract term of five years, anticipated to commence from 1st May 2025 with an option to extend the contract for a further two periods of 12 months.
