Landscape and Heritage Strategic Assessment

West Dorset District Council is procuring on behalf of itself and Weymouth & Portland Borough Council for an appraisal of land at the main centres of growth to assess the sensitivity of the landscape and the potential harm to the historic environment from the effects of development. The assessment will form part of the evidence base for the Joint Local Plan Review. All expressions of interest must be undertaken through the Authorities E-Tendering Portal.
