Appointment of a consultant to undertake a Conservation Area Character Appraisal for Scarborough Conservation Area and produce a supporting illustrated Design Guide for the Town Centre. The work will focus on key identity areas within the town centre, offering practical guidance on shop front improvements, public realm enhancements, and sensitive architectural interventions. The contract includes stakeholder engagement, policy alignment, mapping, visual materials, and preparation of final outputs intended to inform planning decisions and support future regeneration activity.
