This is an award notice - Manchester City Council is a democratic organisation run by 96 elected Councillors, representing the 32 wards within the city. There are approximately 7 500 officers who deliver the policies created by and agreed by Councillors, who are led by our Chief Executive Joanne Roney OBE. Manchester City Council (MCC) wish to procure a system which will allow the democratic services legal team to manage requests submitted by members of the public in relation to: - Freedom of Information (FOI), - Subject Rights (SR), - Environmental Information Regulation (EIR), - disclosure.
