Multi-Disciplinary Services - Regeneration of the Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre

This contract is for the provision of professional services in respect of the regeneration and development of the Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre in Taunton. This project represents a major investment for TDBC in cultural infrastructure within the town centre supporting the development of Taunton`s garden town identity. The Brewhouse Theatre and Arts Centre sits alongside theRiver Tone within an area known as the Coal Orchard in a prime position. The successful suppliers will work in partnership with the Council and the leaseholder , the Taunton TheatreAssociation Ltd, to test, design and deliver a viable and sustainable theatre and arts centre fit for the next 50 years within the fixed £12 million construction budget. The successful suppliers will recognise and align with the Council's vision for the area.
