Description
The Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship is a 12-14 month structured learning pathway, plus a 3-month End-Point Assessment (EPA) period. It culminates in professional accreditation with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The provider will be required to deliver a fully online programme with flexibility built in for shift workers to access resources 24/7.
