Description
The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") are seeking to deliver an Information, Advice and Guidance Service ("IAG").\r \r The Authority and its partners are committed to providing a universal high quality consistent and integrated IAG service. This service will play an important role in promoting wellbeing, improving wellbeing and protecting wellbeing. The IAG service helps people access information and advice which supports them to better respond to; debt, housing, health and wellbeing, welfare and benefits, employment, caring and care options, consumer rights, legal advice and other IAG issues.\r \r The service is delivered in a way which assists people in; avoiding crisis and empowers people with tools to support them in maximising their independence and developing positive strategies for self-help and financial resilience.
