Unified Comms Phase 2 (Telephony)

The current telephony system is more than 14 years old and reached end of life several years ago. The telephony system is no longer supported or under warranty. Supplier support for the system ended in 2015 - the Fund has been running "at risk" of service outage or critical failure since this time. Replace the existing telephony system with a reliable and secure cloud-based enterprise telephony system, integrated with Microsoft Teams. All potentially suitable vendors advertising their services on CCS marketplace RM3808 Lot 5 were approached to demonstrate their offerings.
