Description
The Council requires a suitably experienced Contractor to undertake the inspection, testing, maintenance and repairs to Commercial Gas & Oil Appliances at properties owned or maintained by the Council to ensure that the council meets statutory regulations and Insurance requirements. This may extend to Educational properties and commercial customers who sign up to the Council’s Service Level Agreement (SLA), managed by the Building and Technical Service team.

The duration of the Contract will be for an initial period of two (2) years with an option, at the sole discretion of the Authority, to extend the Contract by a further one (1) + one (1) years subject to satisfactory contract performance of the appointed supplier and the Authority still having the need and funding for the arrangement and the Contract continuing to provide Best Value.
