Notting Hill Housing - Communal Gas Servicing and Repairs

Notting Hill Housing are looking for both experienced and GasSafe registered Service Providers to undertake routine Gas Servicing and repairs to their Communal Heating Plant and Distribution Systems. The contract will be for an initial 5 year term, split into 2x lots (East and West)and is to consist of a total of 91x communal sites. 57x East and 34x West. Service providers are expected to be GasSafe registered and can demonstrate suitable level of experience in this field and are to provided to undertake routineservicing and maintenance to their communal assets. The service provider are also required to provide valid certification and ongoing provision for 24hour callout to both general needs and leaseholder properties.
