Extractor Fan Replacement and or Installation

1000 Hour Contract for the provision of replacement and or installation of extractor fans\r Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of labour related to the replacement and or installation of mains extractor fans in kitchens and bathrooms in properties owned by Swindon Borough Council\r The successful supplier will be on boarded under the standard SBC terms and conditions for the provision of services this is a labour only requirement and all fans and ancillary materials will be issued FOC by SBC Works will be issued via a work order created from a survey agreed by the SBC Project Manager This opportunity is specific in its skill set examples include Extractor fan removal and replacement in bathrooms and kitchens New installations and associated electrical wiring requirements\r The contract will be for a period of 24 months commencing approximately 30 May 2023 or until the1000 hours provision has been consumed\r Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 24 May 2023 2pm UK Local time via ProContract tender portal\r If you require any clarifications on the tender documents please submit these in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 12 May 2023 2pm UK Local time The Councils responses to these clarification questions will be uploaded periodically on the ProContract tender portal\r No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents
