Description

The London Boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea and The City of Westminster are seeking to establish a Framework agreement for Children and Young People’s Home Care, Passenger Assistance and Community Care. THe aim of this procurement is to provide access to high quality and responsive services which are available in the local area whilst providing opportunities for children and young people to thrive, whether in education, employment, independent living, or community participation. We want to enable our children and young people to realise their ambitions, overcome their concerns and to have the skills and opportunities they need to live happy and fulfilled lives. Please note, Prior Information Notice 2024/S 000-041245 was under the PCR2015, and as such, there is no linked UK3 Notice for this procurement.

The proposed procurement aligns with the Procurement Act 2023 ("PA23") and fully complies with WCC's Procurement Code. The Framework will run as an Open Framework, with three planned iterations: - Issue 1 (Initial Term): 01/04/2026 - 31/03/2029 - Issue 2 (3-year refresh): 01/04/2029 - 31/03/2032 - Issue 3 (final 2-year refresh): 01/04/2032 - 31/03/2034
